A sensor bar optimized for improved ambient light sensor performance is shipped with each set of engraved keycaps. The outer surfaces of the sensor bar’s light pipe are painted to reduce keycap backlighting from interfering with the function of the ambient light sensor.  Order the Painted Sensor Bar 10/packs (C4-SBP10P-xx) for use on devices without engraved keycaps in multi-gang configurations for a consistent look.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are ordering light almond engraved buttons to match existing products and installations ordered prior to October 1, 2016, please order in Legacy Light Almond (C4-EBDR-LL). If you are placing an order for a new light almond installation and do not need to color match an existing product, order this product in Light Almond (C4-EBDR-LA).
