Can you use any projector for a golf simulator?

3. Ceiling height and whether a ceiling mount is possible

3000 lm vs 4000 lm matters on a wide screen with lights on. If garage-door windows stay uncovered, spend the difference on the AH700ST — brightness cannot fix glare by itself.

BenQ AK700ST — 4K short-throw laser

The AK700ST is the 4K golf option: short throw, laser, 16:9, $4,135.47, 10 in stock. Buy it when the screen is large enough that 1080p looks soft, and the room still needs short-throw geometry.

It is still a golf projector. Do not treat it as a substitute for a Sony native-4K home-theater unit in a dedicated cinema.
