Shipping policy
This policy explains how and when orders from The AV Guys (avguys.ca) are shipped.
Order processing
We start processing your order once payment is confirmed. Many of the products we sell are special-order items that we source from the manufacturer or distributor after you place your order. These products are marked on the product page with "Shipping time between 15-20 business days".
Delivery times
- Standard (in-stock) items: delivered in 8-12 business days.
- Special-order items: delivered in 15-20 business days.
If your order contains both in-stock and special-order items, please allow 15-20 business days for the complete order. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in Canada.
Shipping costs
Available shipping options and their costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information where available.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Supplier backorders, manufacturer lead times, carrier delays, weather and holidays can affect delivery. If we expect a significant delay on your order, we will contact you.
Shipping address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change it.
Damaged or incorrect items
