DCM5-S Dimming Control Module 5-Channel

The DCM5-S provides compact 5-channel LED control through Zigbee communication. The module can be used as a single lighting load to provide RGBTW and CCT white tuning (2-channel or 3-channel). Supply 12V DC or 24V DC CV power and connect the LED strip to the output. This LED load can be included in Control4 Advanced Lighting Scenes via the Axxess DCM5 (OS 3.3.0+) Light_v2 driver.

Custom Scenes

After adding the Control4 driver for the Axxess DCM5-S, the LED load can be included in lighting scenes and custom programming. The module communicates with the Control4 system wirelessly through certified Zigbee Pro Wireless radio modules, allowing customers to use their phones, touchscreens, remote controls, or voice commands to set specific colors and CCT temperature settings. The subtle changes in daylight’s color temperature can even be automated to mimic natural light for the benefit of our circadian health.

Convenient Dimming

The DCM5-S can dim LED loads from 0-100% duty cycle with a maximum output power of 196 watts per channel (in an approved enclosure). With a Class 2 CV power supply, the DCM5-S mounts anywhere.

Control4 recommends the use of the Creative Lighting 24V Power Supplies that are available in 30, 60, 96, 200, and 300W.

Flexible Integration

With a broad range of lighting control, the DCM5-S can control RGB, RGBW, RGB+CCT, and CCT white tuning with 2- or 3-channels. Plus, there is an optional dim-to-warm function.
