The Nu-Vista Uni PSU is an upgrade power supply for the Nu-Vista Vinyl 2, Nu-Vista DAC and a yet to be announced new Nu-Vista CD player.
Three in One
The Nu-Vista Uni PSU includes three completely seperate power supplies . Each power supply consists of an independent encapsulated transformer made using special technology with shielding between windings, DC blocking circuitry and also a complex power filter to provide clean, independent voltage for your devices.
As in the Nu-Vista PRE, PAS and PAM, this approach will achieve better noise performance, by moving the AC mains power supply from the main unit and build it into another matching box. Independent power connections for each of the audio channels as well as for the control systems provide even greater sound depth and audio channel separation.
We are taking advantage of the extra space to set up mains and output filtering a step above what is usually possible in one-box-solutions. This quietens up the supplies and results in almost no mains-borne artefacts getting into the sensitive audio circuitry.
