The Explorer Collection of loudspeakers from Origin Acoustics were developed to withstand the harsh conditions found in marine environments. This includes exposure to saltwater, extreme temperature changes and airborne humidity. They will produce amazing musical fidelity while spending family time on the lake or a trip on the open sea and they have the build quality to last for years in these situations.

As audio installations have become more common, speakers are being placed in all types of environments. Sometimes, the requisite depth behind the drywall for a traditional in-wall or in-ceiling speaker does not exist. Our Explorer Thinfit CollectionTM allows for speakers to be mounted in many of these locations.

Requiring less than two inches of mounting clearance, these speakers can be easily installed in all but the most restrictive spaces. Perfect for those oh-no moments when there’s a surprise behind the drywall. The multiple woven glass-fiber woofers provide a surprising amount of low-end and volume, with the clarity and musicality you expect from Origin Acoustics. Available in three designs, two for ceiling applications and one D’Appolito model for in-wall use.
