WattBox® 1U Integrated Faceplate IP Power Conditioner | 8 Individually Metered and Controlled Outlets
The WattBox 820 Series 8-Outlet PDU brings the professional-grade benefits of the 800 Series in a 20-amp 1U form factor. This power conditioner features an integrated faceplate with LED indicators and local reset for the entire unit or individual outlets. The 1U rack-mountable chassis helps maximize your rack space, while LED indicators on the integrated faceplate tell you if the device is connected to the internet, properly grounded, its safe voltage status, and surge protection status. The faceplate also provides both voltage and current readings and two buttons for local reset of either individual outlets or the entire unit. Like all 820 Series WattBox models, the 8-outlet form factor offers individually controlled and metered outlets, surge protection, safe voltage, self-healing, optional UPS battery add-on, control system integration, and built-in remote management with OvrC.
1U Rack Mountable
The 8 outlet 820 series delivers 20-amp power conditiong and surge protection in a 1U chassis model. In addition to 8 individually metered and controlled outlets, there’s also a convenient accessory outlet and (1) USB-A and (1) USB-C port on the front of the device, making it easy to plug in an additional devices without disrupting the back of the rack.
Integrated Faceplate
All of the information you need is at your fingertips with an integrated faceplate. LED indicators show if your WattBox is connected to the internet, voltage and current readings (individual and global), and whether the unit is properly grounded. Two buttons (B1/B2) give you the option for local reset of individual outlets or the entire unit, and an AC power button allows you to toggle the outlets on or off.
Outlet Metering + Power Insights Dashboard
WattBox gives pros deeper visibility through outlet-level metering and the Power Insights Dashboard in OvrC. Access historical data to quickly spot unusual behavior, pinpoint the device causing an issue, and resolve problems faster. With these insights, you can deliver more reliable installs and reduce unnecessary truck rolls.
Surge Protection & Power Conditioning
This professional-grade WattBox is engineered to protect critical equipment on the job. Safe Voltage protects gear by automatically disconnecting it during unsafe voltage conditions, while MOVs with UL94 V-0 rating provide critical surge protection. Additionally, there is a filter covering all outlets to reduce EMI/RF interference on the incoming AC line.
Remote Management On-the-Go
With the easy-to-use OvrC mobile app, you’ll receive real-time alerts to address any issues quickly and view critical information for all devices, even those that have fallen offline. You can also easily create schedules and automatically reboot individual outlets all from the app, giving you more control from wherever you are.
Optional UPS Battery Pack Add-On
Pairing an IP WattBox with a WattBox OvrC UPS Battery Pack safely backs up all of your equipment in case of power failure. This add-on lets you manage your system proactively by unlocking additional OvrC features including smart load shedding, remote alarm silencing, and critical battery health alerts.

We’ve even added a next-generation Telnet API that lets you program unique features into your system or create custom solutions to deploy and monitor WattBox products across thousands of sites. WattBox power conditioners are uniquely designed to fix themselves without any outside intervention, helping to prevent service calls and dealer troubleshooting. The unit continuously monitors connectivity and when the connection is lost, it automatically reboots the troubled device as programmed. You can even schedule regular reboots through the local UI or OvrC platform
